Welcome to Our Summer Events Page
Each year we try to be bigger & better, but unfortunately for the last couple of years, Covid 19 put a damper on our events. With social distancing and gathering numbers restricted, we are unable to use the screen room as it was intended, BUT! We are re-opening to the public again this year.
Our entertainment center will be the hub for lunches, Bingo, Ladies nights and Kids Crafts on Saturday morning.
We have planted flowers to brighten your day & built picnic tables for you to take a break with a friend. We now have a covered stage ready for Talent night.
We hope to put it to good use for
Customer Appreciation evening.
The kids are already looking forward to another round of golf & the Kids Craft mornings.
Grumpy's hoping for deeper water this year and is looking forward to welcoming travelers on the lake.
We recycle bottles and cans that the village residents drop off. The money from recycling goes towards prizes for the summer games, youth golf tournament and fireworks. We're crossing our fingers for perfect weather to allow our fireworks to go ahead this year. We will plan a spectacular display and keep you updated.
Bob really enjoys working with the little ones & is already looking forward to the coming season.

Our Slush Puppie vendor provided Slush Puppie Beach Towels to give away this summer.
To win the prize, we accepted guesses of How Many candies were in the jar.

Summer 2020
Grumpy Bob worked with the parents in the village to put on a Youth 4 hole golf tournament. A hot lunch was available every Saturday as well. Covid 19 and government recommendations presented challenges which we worked with.
We had great volunteers & lots of fun.

Bob worked with the teens in the village & put on a Youth 4 hole golf tournament, the youth summer games. He also put on a hot lunch every weekend, in conjunction with the golf club, pickle ball tournaments or the baseball tournaments. We had great volunteers & lots of fun.
